I have stopped accepting email from this site for several reasons.   People have maliciously tried to send me several viruses.  Changing one's behaviour is something that is difficult to do, and the question of whether one should or should not make changes can be very anxiety provoking to some. 

Most of the emails I have received are beyond my ability to answer, relating to prescribed drugs and dosages, or dosages of illegal drugs which are unpredictable.  Some of the emails I have received have been about how to beat drug testing, and I have no interest in helping anyone to do that.  The information on the site speaks for itself.
