You will also find a link to a page with definitions of common terminology, words used in discussing alcohol and drug addiction.

Another page will show you how drugs and alcohol work to have their effect on our minds and bodies.  Animated graphics help to demonstrate their effect on nerve and brain cells.

Finally, there is a link to a page that categorizes drugs by type, grouping together drugs that act on the body and mind in a similar way.  Alcohol is included in this classification system because alcohol is a drug.  From here, you will find links to information about specific drugs.
